Anyone else think chat needs to be removed?
I think chat has lead the game in a direction it was probably never intended for. Why is there chat to begin with? What does it add to the game other than drama? If some form of chat has to be had, then just make it where you can talk on the mic with people in your party. I understand there will still be discord groups that will have some giant group of players in it chatting it up, but at least it wouldn't be in game.
I think a dinosaur game that appeals to both children and adults having chat opens it up a different kind of predatory behavior as well. I've seen multiple videos talking about the issue and for some reason it keeps getting swept under the rug. I feel like it wouldn't even be an issue though if you could do away with chat.
