Negative Experience at the PP Store in Geneva
I recently visited the Patek Philippe store in Geneva to have my watch serviced. The initial experience was excellent; the service specialist was professional, promptly took my watch for service, and even offered me free tickets to the Patek Philippe Museum. However, the experience took a downturn afterward.
While at the store, I asked to try on some watches. I expressed interest in the Calatrava 5226G, and my girlfriend wanted to try a ladies Calatrava as well. The watches presented to us were noticeably damaged, scratches on the 5226G bezel and creases on the leather strap of the ladies Calatrava. To make things even worse, the interaction with SA from the beginning was unpleasant, she was uninterested and unprofessional. The interaction culminated when I mentioned that I had just left my watch to be serviced and polished, which led to a surprisingly dismissive response questioning my decision to polish the watch, making me disturbed.
Overall, the poor condition of watches and extremely unprofessional interaction with SA made my visit disappointing and far from what I expected.
