Did they change the multiclass spellcasting rules?

There’s text in the UA that suggests multiclass spellcasters can cast spells at any level they have slots for and are now limited only by the amount of spells prepared—so a Cleric 1/Wizard 4 would now be able to cast 3rd level spells as a 5th level spellcaster. But the wording was vague, and I’m not sure whether it survived playtesting anyway.

I’d imagine not, because that would be a Huge change and I haven’t heard anything about it. Has anyone seen the new final rules for multiclassing?
