How long to get used to it?
Sorry, I keep posting on here lately lol, I just have a lot of questions. I (22F) really want to start doing OMAD for health issues unrelated to weight loss specifically. And I have a few questions. First of all, I have a pretty fast metabolism and an active day job, how long does it take to get used to doing it? I've done it in the past, or at least I've tried, but I always get so nauseous. Electrolytes don't seem to work too well. Ive been using LMNT raw electrolytes and they don't take away the headaches/nausea. Also, how much should I be eating? What exactly should I be eating? High protein? Should I work out in my fasting window or my eating window? I just want to do it right this time so I don't feel half dead. I would love some advice or some success stories about how you got to where you are today. Thank you so much in advance!
