First time manager

I(M30) was offered a managerial post start of this year in a small technical business. However, as time is passing by, I am not satisfied with the money, workload and title.
Environment is fine, nice bully or micromanagement etc but, my workload is becoming too much. The owners were going to hire someone April for my department but never did. So technically, I am the manager of my department and the only one in my department, hence the workload. Second thing, In July they conducted interviews to hire someone for my department but they never ask me to join them to interview the candidate(considering i was the one who shortlisted them in the first place). Third thing, my commute is 1.5 hrs one side, and I recently asked them for WFH for at least two days and I was told “Sorry not possible” and should consider moving near the office. Another thing, the money is fine but if do the calculations, I am spending $600 per month on Tolls and fuel and taking less money home as compared to my previous job. Lastly, my lifestyle is kind of messed up, I spend 3 hours on commute, skipping lunch breaks to save money , too tired to do anything after reaching home. So weekdays are pretty much, wake up, eat, work, eat and sleep. Should I consider giving this job more time and wait for oe things to get better? Or start looking for another one?
