Why is my video not appearing in the youtube short feed?

I tried doing a normal streaming using a resolution of 1080X1920 and the video looked “stretched”.

Then I tried to use the Atium plugin to stream vertically, now if the video looks vertical but it is put as a normal streaming and not as a short feed streaming. What am I doing wrong?
