It’s coming up to change of shift. You’re doing rounds right before giving report. The next nurse is there and everything. You notice Pt X is missing. At this moment only you know this Pt. Is missing. Do you call the code orange(missing pt code) or give report say Pt X is just in the bathroom or something and high tail it outta there. After this shift you’re on vacation for the week. What do you do?!?
