Starting daycare at 12 weeks old.

Would love to hear either your experiences with starting daycare early, or if you have any tips for starting this young? Unfortunately I need to get back to work, so we are weaning into 2 full days per week by the end of the month.

I'm nervous but excited for her - an opportunity to be around other people and babies. Hit me with your best advice getting started!

More info: She's fully vaccinated, exclusively breast milk but it's great at the bottle and I've started giving her more, relatively low maintenance as long as she gets her naps in.
