What change did you make to turbocharge your aesthetic results?

I’ve been working out so hard for 10 years but have made very little progress in terms of aesthetics. I keep getting stronger but not significantly more muscular/toned. Curious what I could do to tweak this or what’s worked for you.

If it helps, I do Barry’s Bootcamp double floor (so only lifting) 6x a week and 1,5 hours of steady state cardio 6x a week. I eat super healthy but don’t really count calories
