Please help in a portfolio review

I am 28 yrs old married, earning about 4 lacs per month. I have a home loan for which the EMI is about 40k per month. A car loan for 5 years with an EMI of around 32k. I transfer about 75k to parents every month. General home expenses are about 75k-1L per month. Apart from the mf, have about 9.8 lacs invested in stocks.
