Worst examples of spouses/SOs or children being put in movies?

So I think we have all heard of movies where the director, lead actor or financier had to put their spouse/SO or children in roles because... reasons. Maybe to keep the peace at homes, out of vanity or pure love. I don't know. But it doesn't necessarily result in the best of acting or movies for that matter.

The son of Will Smith comes to mind, but I think we have talked enough about the both of them by know. So what are some other examples of people in power putting their spouse/SO or children in movies for no good (artistic or financial) reason?
