What team has the weirdest/dumbest bullpin design? (Excluding the Rays and A's for obvious reasons)

I think it's the Diamondbacks, no benches and it looks very small and cramped. Also am I the only one who finds it weird that the home team is in left field? Aren't they usually in right?
