What's Going On?

I'm at Bonner Park and I heard a giant crowd (assuming at the grizzly stadium bc of P!nk) singing What's Going On and it made my whole night. Anyone have more context to that? Someone who was at the concert? It seriously made me so happy I just wanna hear more about the moment
