The peacock miraculous powers make no sense

First of all, why is the power so similiar to the butterfly miraculous? Like i get it Nooroos power is Transformation, so it makes sense he has some proxy (butterflies) to gift it. But why is the Peacock miraculous so similiar? It uses a feather, just like hawk moth uses butterflies, no other miraculous is so similiar to another Also why the hell would the miraculous of Emotion create Sentibeings Honestly it would make more sense for it to be like Psycomedian, the wearer can change other peoples emotion. Creating beings out of emotion is just no sense, its closer to a miraculous of life than a miracolous of emotion
