After seeing many comments and posts about McDonald's and other "migraine meals" I decided to finally ask: what's your go-to meal when a migraine strikes?
I've been trying to figure out why so many people write that they eat a McDonald's meal during an attack - I thought processed foods were common triggers? 🤔😅
Also, if you have a go-to dish/snack/meal that you usually eat (and one that maybe helps deal with the pain?) - please share! I'd love to get some inspiration since during an attack (and I have chronic migraines and tension headaches) I usually just eat plain bread with butter and drink tea...
