tolerance problem pls help

i dosed 2 days ago (insufflated ROA) ive slept 4 hours today, eaten now i dosed again and it did not hit me very much (should've taken the oral ROA) but i feel really bored and unproductive (i want to do something but when i do it i get extremely bored and want to do something else which will also get me bored instantly)

ik i should take a tolerance break and im willing to do it rn but i need advices what should i do rnBECAUSE UGHH
