Noise complaint!

Anyone else near the Arizona golf resort on power and Broadway!? I’m loosing my mind! They are having a Halloween event and it is SO loud.. I called the non emergency line just to see if they are allowed to do this and they are because it’s a “community event”?? They also said the cops went out there and they have received multiple calls. Just a tired crabby mom over here😂😂
