The M1 15?
So I've put on some serious weight since starting M1. Some can be chalked up to medication changes (atypical antipsychotics for OCD work great but they are no joke in the weight gain department) but a lot is also just poor choices. Anyway, I'm committed to fixing it and not feeling uncomfortable in my body anymore.
What I'm wondering now is if anyone else either had this experience or for other reasons needed/wanted to lose weight in school -- how did you do it? In the past I've lost significant amounts of weight but it was always when I didn't need to study. I would focus on little except my weight loss, so I could take the hits to cognitive functioning that serious calorie deficits caused and could make exercise a priority.
It's hard to find the motivation to go to the gym when I know I could be sleeping or studying. Hard calorie reduction is easy, but focusing on complicated shit when I haven't eaten is harder. I'm looking out for any help you guys might have to give!
