Great video about BJJ in self-defense context

This is a good video which is talking about BJJ in self-defense context.

Amazing art to know and important to know in self-defense context, but it has its limitations so people in this group should drop that "BJJ and Muay Thai are the best for self-defense" egoistic tone. The same goes for Muay Thai with obvious huge limitations on the ground.

Jesse had so so many opportunities to strike, kick, knee and headbutt that I couldn't see the BJJ tournament to accurately represent a real situation. Here, I think, that "tournament prepares/tests you for real-life situations" goes down the drain.

There is no perfect martial art for self-defense. Every martial art has disadvantages.
