Other options than SUNY?

As the title says. I have a BS from another SUNY school in a somewhat unrelated field and would love to get my Grad degree and be an officer. However I simply just want to get on international vessels. I was considering SIU and I’ve been accepted to move into phase two of the application process. What other options are there? Preferably FL area as I no longer live in NY, I’m older, and need to maintain and income for as long as possible.
