A quick warning before you use your Powerpass - you may miss out on certain content for your main if you use it too early.

So I found out the hard way that using the Powerpass also auto completes all of the roster quests up through Shushire, so if your main hasn’t done them yet, you’ll never be able to do them again unless you redo everything on a different server. You get screwed out of all the non-roster quest rewards and if you care about reading quest dialogue, you miss out on that as well. For me, I ended up missing out on nearly all of the roster quests from Arthetine, Vern, and Shushire.

I sent a ticket to Amazon to see if they can roll it back, but I doubt that will be possible.

I'm sorry you have a hard time playing the game now with this power pass issue,

As far as we know the power pass boost your character for you to not waste any time powering up,

And you should still be able to complete any other mission with the main character.

However if you are not able to complete any mission or region off the map, we would appreciate if you send us any screenshot of the issue,

As for your concern with the Roster Quests completing after using the Powerpass, that is still an issue that we are asking the Technical Team for a clarification on, as some players are reporting their Roster quests being tagged as completed even when they haven't done it for the first time.

If your situation is that the Roster Quests completes up to the point of your currently reached Roster EXP, then that works as intended.
