How to get started?

I am currently 19 and i feel like i did nothing. Even though i finished highschool and went to another country to study IT i still feel this way. I want to start grinding leetcode but even the first problems feel hard(two sum). I did look over the solutions and I did understand the thought process behind it, but i have to make it a behaviour. Do you think i should follow the neetcode roadmap? How should I learn to code?
