2010s Pc parts

Does anyone know a shop (in or out of beirut) that sells old/refurbished pc parts? All the shops i know (ayyoub, expert zone, pc and parts etc) only sell the latest products and don't keep any old stock, i want to build a second pc and just keep it as a work station.
