Why do I keep eating

I just keep eating crap food, I'll eat my normal healthy stuff, I had tuna and spinach for dinner, then I decided to eat cookies and ice cream. Why the fuck do I keep doing this. Everyday I wake up and I'm disgusted by my bodyfat, and I hate myself for making it worse and eating more calories than I should. I'm going to end up like my family members, obese and sick.
