Car for flood prone area?

45M, not married, not planning to have kids.

What is possibly the best car for someone like me who lives in a flood prone area (Klang) but works in KL?

1. High ground clearance like a pickup truck.
2. Electronics that helps with navigating traffic jams.
3. Very good NVH.
4. Not too big and not too small.
5. Fuel efficient for city driving.
6. Comfortable for the occasional long drive (maybe once a month to Penang).
7. Open to EV, ICE, or Hybrid.
8. Reliable and easy maintenance in the long run (probably will be my last car purchase).

Currently driving a 2014 Myvi. My budget is RM150k, possible to stretch just a tiny bit.
