Getting an item from saudi arabia

Alsalam alaykum, im trying to find a GPU 2070 super and i couldnt find any in jordan, i found one in saudi arabia and is cheaper than here, i have a friend there right now but i have no idea how he can send it to me, fedex is expensive (90 jds for shipment), he used to get me stuff using a driver that would regularly come to jo but now the borders are kinda messed up so we cant do that, any tips?
