Does everyone hate their jobs?

I'll be honest, I want to change jobs. I just doubt I'll find the money and flexibility this role offers.

The role has become increasingly challenging due to new management. Their requests are unreasonable, and morale company wide is abysmal.

Does everyone hate their jobs and I should just stick it out? Or should I start actively looking?
