Do I stay or keep looking?

I got a job, after 8 months of being unemployed. It is great in many ways. The company cares for their employees, the people are friendly, decent benefits. The pay is okay. I’m making less than I should for someone in my position, but after the long unemployment- I needed to take anything.

It’s a hybrid schedule with 2 days on site- 3 at home.

The issue is that it’s a 1-1.5 hour commute on the way, and usually a 2 hour commute on the way back.

They also do a 100% tuition reimbursement program which would help my career significantly, but I’m stuck with them for 2 years after receiving my degree. That means that I’m stuck until I receive my degree and 2 years after that.

Do I keep it?
