Light ordinance?

Hey everyone!

I have a neighbor with a tall light pole kinda light a foot ball stadium light, it’s pointed towards my yard/house. (Pic is to show how bright it is from down my hall AND I have 8ft tall fences…) the light is probably 20ft tall

Is there any light ordinance or anything? I don’t want to irritate my neighbors by complaining, and I intend to contact them and be friendly but if that doesn’t work? Is it fair to contact the city? If so will they actually do anything about it?

Appreciate any advice, even if it’s to suck it up.
