Looking for some motivation.

I've been doing IF since around June, and in that time I've gone from just over 22 stone to just under 20. I'm doing 16/8 with my eating window 13:00-21:00 and I have cheat days where I'll have breakfast or I'll be drinking with my friends in the evening but I'm mostly sticking at it. I'll be honest my diet hasn't been the best but if anything that's testament to IF working if I've lost 2 stone while still eating a lot of shit.

Trying to keep going and find the motivation to eat more healthily but it's hard and god damn it I love pizza so fucking much lol.
