OP did his monthly physique check (+OP passed his 2nd proffs!)

Current body weight is around 85 kg, keeping it more or less constant, maingaining. No bulk cut cycles, no wasting time on cut sessions where i loose valuable muscle building time.

Currently resuming long distance running to perhaps induce body recomp, but otherwise, everything per usual - 6days per week training Chasing SBD 1RMs (currently at 125/105/210kg) Chasing size (high frequency low volume split) Trying to increase protein to 1g/kg/day Supp: Creatine about 2.5 g per day Snacking on parle g and peanuts.

Lesson of the day: nothing beats consistency. (Except gear)
