Suggest a first bike ( 125 cc )

I'm in 20s , office going person.

As I'm very confused to choose my first bike , I did lots of research and found two options sp125 new model and the other one is hero Xtreme 125r

( Overall I was planned for hero Xtreme but it's seem the build quality is very poor . )
