Hot flash relief tips

Hi all! I need advice on how to deal with hot flashes😭 I am 3 weeks post op a total hysterectomy + BSO(uterus, cervix, ovaries, tubes). Everything has been great so far except for one thing- I am constantly having hot flashes on and off throughout the day and night. I wake up every morning in a hot flash and they're on and off till i go to bed! I am on testosterone for the hormones since no ovaries, but have been having issues with my pharmacy and insurance and so I've only been able to do one shot since the surgery, but will be finally getting my prescription here on Monday!

If anyone has any helpful advice, products, or really anything I would appreciate it greatly, I feel like I'm going crazy with my temperature going up and down constantly
