How do you give your husky a pill?
Zeucifer is not food driven so will turn down pill pockets, cheese, deli meat, or whatever we put pills in. He will end up finding the pill and spit it out and maybe eat the thing we put pills in but usually we have to grab it real quick so another dog doesn’t eat it.
He needs Benadryl for allergies and now an antibiotic and carprofen because one of his sisters nipped his ear badly. Giving him a large pill is an effort into insanity.
We lock him in the laundry room and tried coating it in peanut butter and that seemed to work best but will suck trying to do for the next 10 days.
Anyone have suggestions on how to give your little psychopaths a pill?
