Urgent - bedroom full of moist/mold
Hello all,
English isnt my 1st language so sorry upront.
In my bedroom where I sleep daily wall got wet, moist, mold has started growing in the last 7 days.
Im regulary heating my room but the mold keeps growing. Started opening my windows every day now.
It all started cuz my roof is missing a few tiles and its leaking on my attic. My knowledge in construction and house things is very low sadly and my friends live in another town.
I bought an spray against mold on walls, but my friend advises me not to use it cuz the wall is probably still wet and it will just worsen the situation..
I know I need to fix my roof, but the cost is big and I dont have the finances to cover it right now sadly..
Question / tldr :
Can I get rid of the mold myself at least for a month or two, so I dont have to inhale it every night. I need at least a temporary solution.
