Plant Shelf Decor Ideas??

So I purchased this plant shelf as I’ve seen a lot of people on here had it.

I added the cubes on the bottom because they were not as tall as I thought they would be upon arrival but with the added cubes the height is now perfect.

The shelves are small and I don’t see any plants being able to fit long if it is flourishing (maybe a collection of succulents) so I’m thinking to just do some home decor and let my monstera Jack Skellington have the shelf.

I’ve started with the books and a photo frame on the left (those are prop photos, not me) and I wanted more suggestions on what to add that’s not a plant. I do have a succulent I can put there but all of my other plants at are either way too big or too tall, so how would you guys style this shelf? Weigh in!
