Jaw pain…

Hi, I have recently started experiencing jaw pain likely due to horn playing - anybody experienced this and what are some strategies to overcome it? Jaw feels stiff and has a dull ache which is fairly painful. I am going to see a dentist, hopefully in the next few days. For now I’m just going to rest, but would like to prevent it going forward. Any suggestions? Thanks! 😊
