Switch for under my desk

Hi,

I'm looking for a 4x10G SFP+ switch with ~10x 1G RJ45 ports. These aren't that hard to find, but it's going to be placed under my desk, so I'm looking for something that doesn't make too much noise.

I currently have a Juniper EX3300 where I replaced the 2 fans with noctua nh-a4x20 but they make a high-pitched noise when running at higher speeds which is driving me nuts.

Any suggestions are welcome, thank you :)
