Which Harvest Moon Games Should I Start Playing?

I picked up my first retro handheld that can emulate anything up to PS1, PSP, and N64 with a playable experience, but I'm wondering which games to play and which I should not waste time with. I've never played an HM game and I honestly don't even know what the games are about but I just love the art style. I appreciate any recommendations. Thank you. 🤗
