Fast Casual Restaurants Don’t Get Enough Respect

What are some of your favorite fast casual restaurants in the area? I think Poke Toki makes a damn good poke bowl. Was also pleasantly surprised by Pita Way (national chain that finally made its way over from the east side of the state!)
