I'm experiencing a polarising situation and I'm unsure what to do. (Keto & Gout?)

Context: I'm 22/M/6ft 2/180lbs. I'm T-Total and have followed a strict Keto OMAD protocol for 7 months without breaking ketosis - here's what I eat and I also perform exercise daily performing both cardio and resistance training and have done for the past 6 years with no prior inflammation like this.

Anyway 4 days ago I started getting pain in my pinky finger on my hand and I brushed it off as you do. The next day, the pain had become very severe, so much so I couldn't sleep and I went to hospital. The finger was x-ray'd and they concluded that it was not broken. Following from this, the doctor stated that I have 'Whitlow finger' as I'm a nail biter and based on brief examination concluded that I must have self infected myself. Having done no prior research I didn't question any of this at the time.

After speaking with a member of family about this pain, they noticed that I had eaten red meat (cow) for the first time in over a year - upon self reflection, I noticed that this was the only drastic dietary change that i've gone through over the last 7 months. Curious about this, I suspected that red meat could be underlying cause, as I had ingested around 1 kg of red meat in 2 days, replacing the chicken that you see in the meal picture above. I decided to research this and went down the rabbit-hole of purine and uric acid. In visual terms and given the context, everything seems to point towards this being gout. However, what's polarising to me is that every instance I find seems to point to causes that just aren't relevant to me as far as I'm aware, I don't drink, I don't eat HFCS, sugar, or anything sweet, I haven't recently gone into Keto or anything, etc.

Currently my hand looks like this and i'm sort of at a dead end. Is my doctor right about whitlow or does this look like gout to you? If anyone has been healthy with no obvious cause i'd love to hear what you think and what you'd recommend as I'd love to fix the underlying cause. Thanks so much for your time.
