CLAMPING ROUTINES: Let's Compare - Frequency & Results
Hey everyone - as the title says...let's talk about
- How often you clamp
- How many sets and set length
- Cable Clamping vs. Soft Clamping (Rings)
- Results if you've seen any
A year or more ago there was basically 1 Holy Grail routine. You used a Cable Cuff Pro and you did 3 sets of 7-10 minutes.
But NOW, more is known and the methods varieties are vast. Cable Cuff, Python Clamp, Silicone Rings for soft BFR restriction....and on and on.
Also - the biggest discrepencies seem to come from frequencies, breaks, sets, etc.
The most popular I've read seems to be... "Clamp every other day - 1 set of 10 minutes is PLENTY"
Then others say 5 minute sets for up to an hour.
I hear guys saying they clamp morning wood straight out of bed and again every time they get erections through the day.
So yeah, in the ever-evolving world of PE, one thing seems certain. Guys are REALLY shifting the tide from Pumping to Clamping for certain gains.
Can we narrow this down any based on everyone's experience and results?
TIA, fellas.
