A game with good graphics and villages (resident evil village)

As of right now my girlfriend is playing RE village. She’s a shitty gamer but loves horrors (her words). While exploring the village at the beginning of the game she said half jokingly half seriously „is there a way to turn off the monsters so I can just explore the views?”

So what is a game I could recommend to her that has good graphics/scenery and this village style that RE village has?

Any genre is fine, I’d like if it’s a non stressful game but anything is fine. I thought that maybe a simulator could be good but I’m not sure there is such a specific simulator
