what do people mean by 'adopt male mannerisms'

i'm autistic and struggle with social awareness in terms of these things, can anyone give examples of how to actually do this? please don't say you don't need to change your mannerisms and that passing isn't everything, i know that but going stealth is something i'm interested in personally! people always say i 100% pass visually so it must be mannerisms :(
