My dad said im trans because i was "malnourished" growing up

For context, I was visiting for the holidays and as a kid, my mom took me away and did not feed me great yeah, but in the middle of an argument he said that he thinks the whole reason Im trans is because of being malnourished because of her and growing up like that. Aside from not eating much as a kid, doctors never once my whole life said I was ever malnourished so idk, but whether or not thats true he wouldnt let it go. When I pressed him he said he didnt see me as either gender, but at points after that he said things that someone would only say if they saw you as a girl (during hypotheticals for visiting a hospital, for some reason he picked me having a kid as the first scenario that came to mind, and when i gave a goodbye hug he did the weird girl hug thing the first time ever and it made me really uncomfortable), and also in the past he gendered me correctly and now only uses they/them along with my stepmom, and when I pressed him on it the first time he went on a whole tangent about "identity politics" which i have literally never heard of, and when I pressed him the other time, he just only used my name to refer to me the rest of the visit. All of this does cover two different visits but yeah.

And the weirdest part was when he tried to argue that not just HIS adhd, but all adhd is in some way linked to environmental factors and that he can "cure" it by doing a certain kind of yoga and dieting in frankly, a very unhealthy way (he also fasts, but things like carnivore diets and pure keto). Even though his adhd is like, REALLY obvious and always has been no matter how hes lived his life. But also he said that being a genius comes with having at least some adhd, and at a separate point he also called himself a genius, he generally has a HUGE ego and (he is not a "genius" lmao). But the general belief i can garner from this is that he believes me being trans was preventable??

Idk guys, Idk if this is enough to cut contact with him entirely because theres so much more i havent talked about, what is everyones thoughts just in general
