Is it unethical?

So today I was playing on a throwaway save when it occurred to me that I could add a new head coach and make that head coach the manager of a rich club(that I dislike) like real madrid, man city or psg so that I could overpay for the worst players on the main manager's team to give the main club a bunch of money, does this seem unethical to you?
