Need a heavy duty clarifying shampoo…

My hair stays greasy even after washing. Not too extensive but still leaves it waxy at the top and it’s driving me insane. I have tried everything at this point expect a shower filter.

Here are some things Ive tried:

• Suave Clarifying shampoo as recommended
• Aveno Apple Cider shampoo
• double even tripple washing very thoroughly
• scalp brush/exfoliator
• dawn soap (spray)
• Ion clarifying shampoo, sometimes it works but it’s very harsh
• stopped buying hydrating or creamy shampoos

I want my old bouncy hair back :( what should I incorporate? I just recently bought the Loreal Hyaluron Purifying shampoo and still nothing.

I’ve had this issue before and was always easily resolved with a clarifying shampoo. Now nothing is working. Your recommendations are appreciated. Thank you.
