likelihood of a shutdown next month?

hi folks - i’ve been working at a dod agency for just over a year now (thankfully finished my probation last month), so all of this shit is so new to me.

what’s the likelihood of the government shutting down next month? what should i expect? is there any way to even guess what could come?

it’s hard to not be scared. i know these are unprecedented times… but i’m terrified.
