I've gotten myself in a pickle.

Hello all. I've recently gotten myself into a situation where I have been a little bit too friendly to the JW visiting my apartment. To be frank, I didn't know that they were witnesses until the 2nd or 3rd visit, where they gave me a pamplet, where it was written super tiny on the very back.

Now; this lady and the friends or whatever she brings are very nice. I'm agnostic myself and love listening to people preach as I find the topic of religion very interesting with everyone's different experiences. The problem isn't that they're overly assertive, the problem is that they're SO NICE.

How do I politely shoo this woman away? She's so nice I genuinely will feel horrible if I tell her to bug off or offend her in some way, and I enjoy listening to her talk about her scriptures, and she pets my animals. I keep trying to not answer the door but I always end up answering wondering if it's a neighbor who needs something. But I will NEVER become a jw and I don't want to get her hopes up by leading her on with politeness and talk of religion. Wtf do I do?! I don't mean to be a pushover and I put myself in this hole, but HOW DO I DIG MY WAY OUT ?!?!
