My 3 year old outed us

My husband & I have been PIMO about a year now & haven’t been to meetings. We set up our first ever Christmas tree this year (a collapsable one in case we got any jw visitors) Grandma babysat our kiddos yesterday & they told her we have a hidden tree & that they decorated it 💀 Grandma told them “Christmas is bad & makes jehoba sad”.

Grandma hasn’t said anything & has been acting like nothing happened. We didn’t want anyone preaching to our kids bc now our daughter has anxiety from the experience. We are trying to save up so we can relocate, but currently we rent our home from grandma so we may become homeless. What would you do in this situation? Anyone go through a similar situation or have advice?
